Platonic Structures are assembled from nodes and sticks.
Every node can be connected with up to 12 neighboring nodes. The connection pattern is determined by
the close-packing of sphere.
Explore the possible shapes of the nodes by selecting a node from the bottom tool. The color of each node can be changed.
Each structure can be assembled from one or more types of nodes.
The 12 possible sticks connecting each node can be turn on or off by using the Links buttons. The sticks are labeled.
The orientation of the nodes and sticks is determined by the selected lattice: Square or Hexagonal.
Play with these orientations - they are first selected when start assembling a platonic structure.
